For many women, the thought of walking around in a bathing suit can be a terrifying thought that keeps them off the beach and away from the pool. The following tips can help you hide the areas of your body that you are self-conscious and allow you to enjoy the upcoming summer season.

Despite the skimpiness associated with bathing suits, there are ways you can work them to your advantage no matter what your body type. Furthermore, consider a halter top style suit as this will help draw the eyes up and away from your tummy. Try to avoid any bathing suits that have embellishments around the midsection. Things like a decorative buckle that you can click only draws attention to your tummy area. For those who are self-conscious about their backside, make sure you choose a suit that fully covers your bottom.

Hide Stretch Marks and Cellulite
A few simple tricks can help camouflage stretch marks and cellulite, and make your body beach-ready. First, you should exfoliate your body to remove dead cells, which will actually dull your skin. Whenever you are showering, make sure you rinse your body with cold water at before you get out. The cold water helps to energize and tone your skin. While those boardwalk funnel cakes smell divine, they are nothing by grease and fat that can make you look bloated. Instead, choose healthier and more filling foods such as fresh veggies, fruits and almonds. Furthermore, make sure you stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before, during and after your fun in the sun day.
