Twin Over Full

I was talking to my brother a couple of weeks ago, and he asked me if I know a place where he can get a bunk bed. He is planning to purchase a bunk bed for his 2 kids, and he wants a twin over full size bunk bed. I really have no idea what he was talking about not until I search about twin over full bunk bed online. I have never heard of that type of bed before.
