Basilica of St. Nicholas in Amsterdam

⬅️⬅️⬅️ This Neo-Baroque and neo-Renaissance building is the famous Basilica of St. Nicholas in Amsterdam. It is actually the city's primary Roman Catholic church.

Architect Adrianus Bleijs built the cruciform church between 1884 and 1887 and in 2012, 125 years after it was consecrated, the church was promoted to a basilica. I wish we had enough time to see the inside.
