Some people sadly assume that things will carry on as they are in their lives forever. What those folks haven’t taken on board is how life is so precious. No-one can predict how long they will be around for so you should cherish each moment with your family and friends.

In these times of crisis and quarantine, some people in your neighborhood will be having an even tougher time than you. That’s why it’s good to help those that are less fortunate than yourself.

You could dedicate some of your free time to cooking meals for the homeless and elderly. Or even perform the simple act of buying groceries for a neighbor that is shielding at home and cannot go and get groceries for themselves.
