Mission San José y San Miguel de Aguayo in San Antonio, Texas, is known as the "Queen of the Missions" because of its grand size and magnificent Spanish colonial Baroque design, was founded in 1720, and is the largest of the local Spanish colonial missions.
Today the mission is an active parish that is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with free admission. #missionsanantonio #missionsanjose #history ⛪🕍
