- Lie in bed and close your eyes. Wear a face mask if you are sensitive to light.
- Pose your body like you usually do when you sleep. Make your most comfortable posture when lying in bed. Relax. Try not to be tense because your schedule says that you should wake up early tomorrow. Don't make your schedule too tight, either.
- Take a bath. Taking a bath not only make you feel comfortable but also helps you release your tension. Don't think about what you are not used to in the area you are visiting.
- Listen to some light music to release tension. Music like Hip Hop and Rock may interrupt your sound sleep. If you are experiencing jet lag, you can sleep more in the airplane or shift your sleeping patterns slowly a few days prior to travel. Take long, deep and slow breaths if you are still awake.
