I noticed that men are less self-conscious than women when it comes to weight. Women are judged on appearance more than men, and standards of female beauty are considerably higher and more inflexible. I have to admit that I am very self-conscious of my body. I used to wear size 0 when I was single, but when I gave birth I started wearing a size 2 or 3. I know it's such a shame. I hope I can find a best fat burner online. I seriously need to lose weight.
