Shopping for Books

My daughter will turn 5 years old next month. I can't believe she's almost five. Time really goes by super fast!
I am proud of my daughter because she is a fast learner. Honestly, I don't know a lot of 4-year old who has a passion for reading. For her, going to the bookstore is like going to an amusement park. Now she's more interested in shopping for books over toys.
getting ready to swipe the card...lol!
She bought 3 books read. Photos were taken last Saturday @ Barnes & Nobles.

Kasi nakikita nya sa papa nya tsang na mahilig magbasa, at tapos mama din nya mahilig magbasa kung nag aaral hehehe.

sa atin kasi madami ang laro kaya kinds prefers to play than open a book

I think most kids in US are a keen reader bec there's not much time to spend the day outside and play and reading is one of the fun thing to do inside the house.

That is so wonderful that Akesha is so much enamored to books rather than toys. She is very intelligent and got her intelligence both from her mother and father. I think she will develop to be a scholar in school when she studies. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

You better get her an iPad or Kindle, or else you will run out of space for book shelves in your home ;-)
