Pinatas

Pinatas are very popular here in Texas. You can see them everywhere. Although pinatas are very popular in Hispanic cultures, they are used in many parts of the world for birthday and childrens' parties. Have you ever seen a pinata before?

We are just starting to see them in shops now in Australia. I think they are more popular in America because of the proximity of Mexico.

Yes, pinatas are like our very own hit the pot or palayok where the pot contains assorted candies and where kid guests take their turns hitting the pot blindfolded. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
