Wow! What a difference! I knew they made a lot of money but I never imagined millions.
It's all about the numbers. Women's sports are just not as popular as the men's. If they were then I'm sure their numbers would be up a lot higher too. And just saying, that even if the ladies are making less, they are still making a lot of money!
Honestly, I think it's ridiculous how much athletes and celebrities get paid. People that save lives should be paid this much.

I love watching people play sports but I am not into playing it. So I guess being an athlete is not the best career choice for me. ^_^

I wish women athletes were paid more. But unfortunately since the demand to go to those sporting events isn't there, they get paid less.
It was cool to see the different price ranges of each sport. I was surprised soccer wasn't so high.
I am a sports lover & have special passion over it. The statistics are really surprising & you can see there is a big difference in salary between the male & the female athletes in Basket Ball & Golf in particular. But the World Cup results says it all, the Women's team is the most successful in world, just amazing stats.
I still can't believe how much athletes get paid!
