If you enjoy visiting blogs on a regular basis like I do, then you must have seen all those ‘What’s in My Handbag’ posts that they have. I personally enjoy reading them because posts such as those give me a peek of the blogger’s everyday life and by sharing whatever stuff they carry around in their handbags they make themselves even more relatable and accessible to their readers.
Although I spend most of my time at home, I also make sure that I enjoy my time when I go out. When I need to run some errands and pay some bills or go grocery shopping, I make sure that I have my shopping list, a pen, a calculator and all the documents I need. It can be stressful and not to mention time consuming when you have to go back home and deal with traffic just to get the list or bill that you have forgotten. On a quick weekend getaway with my family, I make sure that I have with me a couple of essentials such as toiletries (such as hand sanitizers and tissues), medicines for headaches or upset stomachs , sunscreen and sunglasses. Going outside can also be stressful especially when you have a lot of things to do and you are already pressed for time.

I've never heard of these before, but I could probably put them to very good use! I'll keep an eye out for them next time I'm shopping, for sure!
When I'm in stressful mode, I would do anything for relief. This would be great to take when I feel that edginess coming on.
