Top 5 Paris Attractions Wishlist

If given enough time to stay in Paris, I would definitely visit every attraction in the city and try all the local cuisines but since our upcoming trip to Paris next month is on a pretty tight schedule, I have to write down a succinct list of things to see.

Here are Top 5 Paris Attractions that my family and I are interested in visiting:
1. Eiffel Tower
Probably the best known landmark in Europe, the Eiffel Tower is the symbol of Paris and one of the city's must-see attractions.

2. Musee du Louvre
The Louvre Museum is one of the largest and most important museums in the world. Some of the most famous works of art in the museum are the Venus of Milo, the Nike of Samothrake, the Dying Slave by Michelangelo and of course Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa.

3. Notre-Dame Cathedral
The Notre Dame de Paris is one of the first Gothic cathedrals ever built. Construction started in 1163 and lasted for almost two decades.

4. Arc de Triomphe
The Arc de Triomphe, located at the Place Charles de Gaulle commemorates Emperor Napoleon's victories. The arch was completed in 1836, long after Napoleon's reign had come to an end.

5.Versailles Palace
The magnificent palace of Versailles is a testimony of the Sun King's extravaganza. The palace and its magnificent formal garden became the quintessential model for palaces in Europe.
