Cirque Italia Water Circus

Have you ever dreamed of visiting ITALY? Well in it’s newest production Cirque Italia is bringing the towns of Italy to you as their majestic ship sails from port to port! So don’t miss your chance to board and check out their tour dates.

Each year since its beginning in 2012, Cirque Italia has strive to bring a new UNIQUE experience to the people of the many wonderful towns of the United States. This year in their show, they have decided to bring along some Italian towns. You don’t have to travel to Europe for a taste of Italian culture – they will bring it to you.

So what exactly does this “sailing” adventure have in store? They transformed their stage into a large ship for this year’s water circus experience. As always, they will continue to feature their unique water stage, but this year they have brand new Bellagio style fountains included!

Just as Italy offers a wide variety of food, culture, and personalities, Cirque Italia is pleased to offer an amazing variety of acts featuring performers from around the globe. They don’t want to reveal too many of the surprises they have in store, but some of their magnificent acts include: contortion in a BUBBLE, mesmerizing magic, heart-stopping archery, elegant aerialists, and the always exciting Wheel of DEATH. Not only will you see breath-taking acts from world class performers, but each act will have a unique theme associated with it. The themes are based on the port towns they have decided to visit on this enchanted adventure.
My family and I got to see the spectacular live show when Cirque Italia came to visit San Antonio. We were so excited when we entered the tent, and it felt like we were in a different world. Here are some snap shots during the show.
The entire show was highly entertaining and not crowded which made it a great and intimate experience. The clown in between acts did a pretty good job for keeping the audience engaged throughout a presentation.
This traveling water circus features a 35,000-gallon water stage. Yep, that's correct! The water element hiding under the lid of the stage was totally the highlight in my opinion where the lid rises over 30 feet in the air.
They have rainwater from the ceiling that shoots up in the air where it's choreographed with music, and lights effect. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of such a show. Awesome and excellent talented performers. I would definitely recommend this show for everyone!
