Griffith Observatory

One of LA's most iconic landmarks and attractions: The Griffith Observatory. The center opened in 1935 and has become the most visited public observatory in the world. In fact almost 70 million people have entered the building since it's opening making it one of the most enduring attractions in Los Angeles.

You'll recognize it from many movies, including The Terminator, Transformers, Jurassic Park, Earth Girls are Easy, Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle and, of course, the James Dean classic Rebel Without a Cause.
