A few weeks ago we went to visit the San Antonio Zoo and Aquarium. It was too hot when we went there. I was not able to take a lot of pictures because I was dehydrated. Too bad we didn't finish exploring the whole place. But we'll definitely go back there for sure.
The San Antonio Zoo is open 365 days a year and is ranked as one of the best zoos in the nation exhibiting over 3500 animals of 600 species.
The admission is pretty cheap. $10 for adults and $8.00 for 3-11 yrs.old. Each of us got a dollar discount because we have military IDs.
The San Antonio zoo is very beautiful and has lots to see. The variety of animals is widespread from all areas of the world.
This zoo is doing great things for bird conservation around the globe because of its large collection!
