Nostalgia

My grandfather died at 73yo last Saturday, and it hit me pretty hard. Really, really hard. I still have trouble accepting the fact that he's now gone. Maybe because I'm too close to him. He's a plain guy from a small town and the old school. My grandfather was an amazing man who is responsible for a lot of what I know and who I am today. He's more than a father to me. The best husband, father, grandfather and a great grand father I know. I'm going to miss you Lolo. I love you!
This photo was taken last year during my grandparent's 50th wedding anniversary.

Ate Vernz is right sis, at least Lolo did not suffer before he went, masakit but its better that way. He lived a very good life and he left you guys a very good legacy and example of how life should be. The good is that, you get to spend quality time with him begfore he passed. Kelan libing nya sis? Sowi namiss na naman kita sa chat last night wahh, di tayo magkatagpo.

Condolence Dhemz. I know how hard it is to lose a loved one. Just be consoled by the fact that you will see him one day in heaven. May the peace of the Lord and His joy be always in your heart in your hour of bereavement. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always. BTW, I wish you can change back your comment scheme in your other blog. I can't seem to enter my comment there. It is by Google comment.

He will be watching you and your family all the time, it will take time to accpt the truth tsang just take it slowly and prayer will help you though the whole process. My condolences again bayot.
