There are many who raise this question among forums where they ask for the best restaurants in Salt Lake City that abide by the whole 30 program. In this post, we’re going to share with you the names of the restaurants that serve menus that are Whole 30 approved.
Taqueria 27
If you have health-conscious friends scattered everywhere, you needn’t worry as Taqueria has 3 different locations, one downtown, one at the east on Foohill and one south in Holladay. All the proteins that they serve you in their restaurant are Whole 30 friendly. Instead of giving you taco shells, they’ll give you lettuce wraps and instead of tortilla chips, they’ll give you cucumber slices. Not only that, they also have numerous guacamole options which are all Whole30-friendly.

Laziz Kitchen
Laziz provides you with a really modern twist on the conventional favorites of Mediterranean diet and you’ll be happy to know that this is the very first Whole30 approved fine dining restaurant in Salt Lake City. Once you enter their restaurant and ask for their Whole 30 menu, whether for lunch, breakfast or dinner, you will find a plethora of options. No single ingredient of their food items will be hidden as they have their menu written there.

Takashi
If you’re a lover of sushi, this should be your favorite destination. However, this restaurant has a downside because they don’t have any website and they don’t take reservations. They usually have a more-than-an-hour wait for dinner but the lunch is quieter than dinner. There are very few protein-style rolls in their menu and they will be more than happy to make a roll sans rice on request. Instead of taking the sauces, coconut aminos or other things, ask for the fresh wasabi.

Publik Kitchen
This is a specific breakfast joint and they have plethora of a la carte options for anyone who is a foodie and is also a health-conscious freak. Though their bacon and sausage are not compliant with the Whole-30, their chicken salad is definitely Whole-30 friendly. The best part is that they make their own Mayo. You can also have avocado, hash, salad, eggs with their homemade sherry for having a nice and enjoyable brunch.

Copper Onion
Though most of the Coppers offer delicious food yet Copper Onion is the ultimate one which has a simply delicious menu with all the Whole-30 ingredients. They have a burger with salmon and zoodles and this is undoubtedly one of the best burgers of the city.

So, what are you waiting for? Being a foodie as well as a health-conscious person, the above mentioned restaurants are the places to be for you in SLC.
