⬅️⬅️⬅️ Smoked salmon pancake....nayyyyy, fish on a pancake?! Yep! I was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. For real...it's the BEST pancake I have ever had!

This Dutch pancake is flat, thin, crèpe-like pancake and the base was already yummy by itself. Amazing combination of smoked salmon, crème fraîche, lemon and chives. Awesome lunch experience at Pancakes Amsterdam Westermarkt.
