London's Red Phone Boxes

⬅️⬅️⬅️ Known as K6, this red phone box is one of the most iconic symbols of Britain. Today there are around 5,000 red phone boxes remain among the 31,000 total payphones in the U.K.

This traditional British red telephone kiosk can still be seen in many places throughout the UK, and in current or former British colonies around the world. The colour red was chosen to make them easy to spot. It's a symbol of the empire of royalty and still has the insignia of the royal crown.👑

Sad reality is that these red phone boxes are no longer used to make calls. 📞

We noticed that some of them were used as urinals and even defaced by adult posters. What a shame! The inside is too filthy for selfies. So don't bother if I were you...lol!
